I spent years teaching, examining, and selling gyros. They were all built outside the USA and because of that there were always issues. Getting support and parts from the foreign builders is always impossible. I went on the hunt to build a gyro in the USA that was back to the point of gyros. Fun, simple, and safe like the Juan Cierva himself intended. In comes the Dominator, a gyro that embodies all the qualities I wanted to bring back. With the blessing of Ernie the designer we got together all the jigs and got to building! Using a proven aircraft with hundreds flying and thousands of hours in flight the foundation of Rotation Aviation is sound.
